How It Works

Will dramatically reduce turnover (typically 30% or more with our referrals)

Current turnover cost is about $5,000 (based on industry estimates)

Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) = $2,400 per hire 

Vet WOTC = $9,600 per hire

On-the-Job-Training (OJT) = 6 months of wages at 50% coverage at $15/hour
